At Madar, we take exceptional care in selecting and packaging every product.
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Kindly include clear photos of both the item and its original packaging to allow us to assess the issue promptly.
Refunds or exchanges apply only in the following cases:

Incorrect items received
All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed depending on the case.
